Your Heart And Mind Are Connected Together

Our lives are full of wonder and are amzaing to experience right here and now in this present moment. Take a look around and see what you are surrounded with and what you are feeling, thinking, or hearing right now. Perhaps you are at the beautiful shoreline looking at the waves coming in and listening to the sounds of the waves, and sea gulls, flying above talking to each other. Take in a deep, deep,deep, breath and then let it out. Repeat this a few times then relax your mind and tune in to your heart center. Calm your self down and feel from your heart center, every thing that is going on in side you right now. You are secure and your mind feels, calm, and peaceful, right now in this present moment. Now breath from your lower navel,. area just below your belly button Now close your eyes and visualize, each of the waves coming in and putting, all your thought's on each of the waves, and when those thoughts, that you are putting them out on waves, can not come back ever again. Keep breathing from your navel, area and let all your thought's go out to sea further, and further, out they go, never to return again. At first you have many, thought's and your mind will be running very fast, but after you have done this for a while your mind, will get slower, and fewer, thought's will be there trying, to keep you away from emptying your mind. This can be done at the sea shore or you can do it at home, or the place, where you feel calm, and relaxed. This can be done sitting, or lying down, positions. This is very helpful, and reduces stress, and can help you sleep, more soundly if you do it before, you go to sleep. After you have done this for a couple of weeks, doing about 20 minutes each time, you will be able to get a sense, of being able to quite, your mind and slow down your thoughts, remember to come from inside, your heart center and love yourself, love is all you need, love is all there is.
