Beautiful scenic redwoods are majestically standing tall

Redwoods, are one of the oldest and wisest of the creators majestic beauty on the planet. Some are nearly 2,5000 years old and they stand over 300 feet tall. These great, great, great, grandfather trees are extremely wise and support, each other by their root system.
Redwoods roots are shallow, compared to other evergreen trees. These trees have an anti fungal agent, in their bark so they do not have any pests, from nature. The only predators they have is man, with roads and black top covered highways, man can log them off to extinction like they tried, to do in the 1930, 1940, 1950s, The redwoods are considered a national treasure, they can not be logged or destroyed by man anymore. Now the redwoods are protected, by the national forests, and parks, to make sure they survive, for future generations and for the preservation, of the planet. These majestic giants, can be 3 or more growing together and be 30' to 100' feet in diameter at their base. There was a team of research scientists in 2009 that found, a redwood branch , growing over 200 feet, high above the forest floor, and a water salamander was living in there. The branch was over 30 ft in diameter. These redwoods , only grow in the northern and coastal region of California, nowhere else in the world do they grow. When you want to experience these beautiful giants, remember that they were standing for over 2500 years, and they are still standing here now and they will be still standing in the future, if we help preserve their natural habitat.
