Things to benefit your memory (cognitive function)

Each of our cells, in our bodies is like a small battery. They have a positive, and negative, side to them in their function. When you have fully charged, cells throughout your body, everything functions properly in its optimum level. You can have keen memory, be able to have sharp awareness, of everything around you in your environment. Great sharp clear vision, excellent hearing, strong voice, a sound heartbeat, clear deep breath, when you are breathing and a great sex drive, bones and teeth are strong and healthy. You are as sound as a race horse, ready to go to your optimum race. What can you do to get your stamina, back again as soon as possible? You have spent many years putting, foods and toxic, things in your body and environment. You can look into doing some detoxification via your elimination system, by taking hydronated bentonite (clay) and one teaspoon psyillium seeds/powder with 12 to 16 ounces, of filtered or spring water. Take some probiotics with this the next morning (acidophilus, and bifidobacterium)this will replenish, the beneficial, bacteria back into the body. You can do this procedure,, one or two times per day for a couple of weeks or until you get your elimination system functioning better. You can take an og cod liver oil, a high vit D content 1200IU per day and og virgin pressed flax seed oil, one to two table spoons per day other essential fatty acids oil, grape seed oil, tuna oil, DHA, EPA (fish oils) calamari omega-3 is very high in DHA, EPA. You can take lecithin granules, they are very good to help improve your memory, and improve cognitive, function. You can take 3 tlbsp's/day or more, without any problem. You can use Red Korean ginseng (root)200-400mg per day ( do not use Red Korean ginseng if you have high blood pressure, hypertension)
ginko biloba 500mg /day milk thistle, (Silymarin) 200mg/day Rhodiola 500mg/day,This can help improve your memory and over all health of your mind and body. Do some walking and keep active as you are able with out over doing things and putting on too much stress on yourself.
