Benefits from self massage

We all need to be touched and through massage we can benefit a lot from it. The healing energy coming out of the palms and fingers, can be very helpful, in helping you feel good it moves the energy, in your body. You can start out massaging your hands, palms, fingers, to help get better circulation, of the whole body, via the nerve plexus (centers) of the connections throughout, the body. Then you can sit in a semi cross legged position, massage the soles, of your feet. The reflexology nerve plexs (centers) are connected, to your whole body. If you have a stiff neck, massage your big toe, and in between your big toe, and your second toe. This is connected to your neck, and head, area of your body. Then you can massage your lower back area, and along the sides of your lower back area, the (lumbar) just over your kidneys. This will help your lower back feel less tense and tight. This helps stimulate your adrenal glands, to help you have more energy, when you need it. Massage your knees, with your palms, briskly in between each palm this helps to loosen up your knee joints, and helps you get more blood flow to your knees , legs, and can benefit, your kidneys. Massage your scalp and head, this will make you feel more relaxed and to stimulate more blood, supply to your hair, and scalp. Massage your face, use your knuckles and fingers to massage over your eye brows, and around your eye sockets. Massage your forehead, it will help you feel very relaxed, and the tension gets freed, up in you whole body. Massage your ears, the whole body is massaged when you massage your ears. It can make you feel relaxes and rejuvenated. Massage your neck, and upper back, areas to help you relieve, tension you have built up over the years. You can massge any part, of your body that you feel meeds love, and care. This can help improve the circulation, and lymphatics to be stimulated and helps to heal your body now and in the future.
