Things to help protect your breasts

You can make yourself more aware, that your breasts are very sensitive to what you expose them to. There are alternative, methods to checking and screening, the breasts. Ultrasound, and thermography scans, are very effective without any side effects, or dangers to your health and breasts, now or in the future. These methods are looking for any signs of abnormal inflammation, and can help, prevent any furhter development of cysts, polyps, fatty tumors, abnormal growth, that might cause problems, in the future. Fibroid cysts, can also be detected by these methods of scanning, before they can have a chance to develop, into anything threatening, to your breasts, and your health. Thermography scanning , is a heat sensor , that will show up as being heat, in the areas it is scanning. Red shows the highest, level of inflammation, orange high level, yellow medium level, and green lower level, and blue the lowest level. Some other helpful things you can do for your breasts, is eat natural foods and drink filtered, spring water, avoid tab water if you can. Make sure you massage your breast, to keep the blood, and lymph, circulating around them , and this helps to keep any cysts and lumps, from forming. For increasing the estrogen, massage in a circular direction from the breast bone, (center of chest) outwards 36 times. To decrease estrogen, massage circular from the breast bone inwards 36 times. You can do this first, thing in the morning, and again just before, you go to bed. Also add og virgin pressed flax oil 1-2 tablespoons/day, or eat og flaxseeds in your diet. Add og virgin pressed coconut oil in you diet, 1-2 tbsp/day, add 3 tbsp of granulated lecithin per day, Take some vit- D 800-1,200 IU /Day , use some og probiotics on a regular basis, og yogurt with live active probiotics. this will help get rid of any yeast infections, and yest overgrowth which can cause severe, health problems in the future, and to your breasts, if you let this get out of control, moderation is the key. enjoy your healthy breasts and great health you deserve.
