Healthy ways to improve your digestion

We all need to have better digestion, so that we are getting all of the nutrients assimilated properly. By eating og fruits, and vegetables that are loaded with live enzymes, that help to break down our foods, and liquids, we consume. When we choose foods, and liquids, we want in our diet they should be high protein, low carbohydrates. og nuts, og seeds, og exta virgin olive oil, og coconut oil og flax seed oil or bran, og calamari- omega- 3 (liquid). Eat the foods that are high in enzymes , such as og papaya, og bananas, og oranges, og lemons, og apples, og blueberries. You can start your day with a balanced breakfast, such as og yogurt with og blueberries, og grapefruit and a bowl of og whole grain cereals, - muesli, granola with fruit and nuts. You can make an og egg,and og cheese omeolette with og spinach og shiitake mushrooms, with og sprouted multigrain sesame seed bread, one or two slices. Use og unsalted butter, or you can make better than butter. One third extra virgin olive oil, one third unsalted butter, and one third flax seed oil. This is the proper ratio of fats, that your body needs and can assimilate properly. Eat your largest meal for lunch, og wild salman, cod, tuna, og, brown basmati rice, og kale, og swiss chard, og broccoli,. Herbal teas are great to help you get antioxidants, you can use decaffeinated green tea and avoid having any water before and during meals. The water dilutes the digestive enzymes, in your stomach. Have your drink fresh og juices in between meals, 1/2 hour before meals. or better 2hours before you eat.
Wait before you have dessert for 1-2 hours.
Og oatmeal and walnut cookies or some og frozen yogurt with fruit. Avoid eating large meals of protein, late in the evening past, 7 pm. Only eat small portions, so that your stomach is never to full, your stomach agitates your foods, and liquids, and needs to have enough space, to digest your foods, and liquids.
