How To Access Joy From Your Heart

Now that you know that true joy is found in your heart. By loving yourself you will be able to find a way to access joy from your heart There are many distractions that are keeping you away from accessing joy right now in this present moment. They can be all different kinds of things like your life and people , friends, relationships, or many things inside your belief systems inside your mind. Most of the time we can be our worst enemy that keeps us from being able to access joy in our heart, right now in this present moment. In order foro us to have joy in our heart we need to find peace of mind. We are able to have peace of mind when we are free of any kind of distractions. that can cause us to be worried or feel upset about something that is bothering us, this distraction can cause you to be unable for you to have peace of mind. For us to be able to peace of mind and not be distracted you need to let go of all of your anger, pain, suffering, negative karma you have with all sentient beings, past, present and other things that are causing you to feel upset and distract you from having peace of mind. This takes patience and a lot of practice in order to not allow yourself to get distracted. Take small steps each day and be gentle on yourself. Make an effort to learn to not do say or think of things that will keep you from loving yourself. When you can love yourself, this is when you can access joy from your heart.
