Where as yeast, molds, fungus are not beneficial to your body and can cause you a lot of problems in your body if they get out of balance. Some of the symptoms are gas, bloating, pain, cramps, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, mood swings, cravings for sugar and carbohydrates, headaches, nausea, vomiting, depression, irritability, weight gain, weight loss, itching of the skin, excessive tiredness, food sensitivities, vaginal infections, bladder infections. Make sure you take your yogurt first thing in the morning use an og yogurt with live probiotics that are still active. You can find alternatives to dairy if you are lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy. Like goat, carrot, which are non dairy source of probiotics and can help you get the beneficial probiotics without the dairy.
