Fasting Can Benefit Your Whole Body

One of the greatest things for prevention,and for helping the body's own immunity. Elimination of poisons and toxins can be done through fasting. You can increase the body's energy level by decreasing, the solid foods that you put into the body. Fasting is a method to allow your body,to take a break from having to process and digest foods constantly with out taking a break. When you are fasting,your body's energy will not be used for digesting and processing foods,alone and then can be used for healing the body. By decreasing the solid foods,during a fast the body's immune system is stimulated and helps the body's defense against any foreign invaders.The body's elimination system is also stimulated and the body can rid it's self of poisons and toxins. There are different methods of fasting,such as fruits and vegetables juices. Lemon juice with maple syrup and spring water. Og sea salt and spring water. Og barley grass, og wheat grass,og alfalfa grass, og spirulina,) og Chorella (broken walled),Kalamath blue green algae. You can fast using making fresh og vegetable juices, such as whole beets,roots,body and tops(leafs), spinach, red or green cabbage, carrots, the body and the tops, etc. You can fast on fresh og fruit juices like apples, oranges, grapes , grapefruit, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries,etc. your fast can be a short fast such as 3 days. You start to get more benefit from a longer fast such as 7 days, 14 days or longer. if your body needs the extra time to eliminate more toxins and poisons. Note: before you begin your fast it is advice to take an og herbal laxative and an enema to help eliminate any solids such as fecal matter that the body needs to eliminate. usually you will have solid fecal matter for 3-5 days and this can cause you false cravings and craving food. After this period of your fast you will not have this problem and will be able to continue to fast longer without any cravings. Choose a clean positive environment to fast in where you will have everything that you will need prepared ahead of time. You will need to have a juicer and blender, in order to juice and blend up your og fruits and vegetables for your fast. You want to prepare the juices at the moment that you are going to consume them. You can store them in the refrigerator, for the same day. Then prepare fresh juices the next time you are wanting to drink some freshly prepared ones. if you want you can prepare vegetable juices and warm them up in a pan not any warmer than 102 F so that you do not destroy the vitamin C and enzymes. Note: You want to prepare your juices as naturally as possible, in order to get the most benefit out of all the nutrients and enzymes in the food.
